The West Palm Beach Antique and Flea Market will run each Saturday from 8:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. beginning October 4th, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
All vendors must fill out the application page and sign. There is NO exclusivity. We reserve the right to limit and select products and vendors. If you do not fill out the application online you can mail in your completed application to:

Seasonal Vendor pays lump sum of $480 per month except for November 2025 and January 2026 where the cost for the month will be $600 due to 5 weekends.

Seasonal Vendors are those who commit to the entire season, even if they occasionally miss a weekend. They pay a monthly fee regardless of attendance, which secures their right to use the same assigned space each time. This consistency helps build customer relations. To be clear, vendors do not own their space, nor are they allowed to sublet it or use it for any other purpose. If a vendor is absent, the space is considered vacant, and management reserves the right to use it as needed at any time.

Weekly Vendor rate is $125 per show without guarantees on location or acceptance.
Rules:
Approved products include antiques, vintage and mid-century furniture, modern collectibles, and arts and crafts by local artisans and designers. Also welcomed are creative and unique products and selection of vintage and current unique jewelry pieces. Please note you may not switch your inventory anytime during the season without prior authorization from management. You are approved and accepted based on your submitted application.

Please be advised no food, drinks, flowers or plants can be sold. And absolutely no booth sharing.

Only WHITE 10′ by 10′ tents with 20lbs weights will be accepted for set up.

Vendor products and set-up must remain inside boundaries per management.

Appropriate table covers are required, and you must clean-up at the end. Please bring your own garbage bag!

No driving stakes into the ground or any plant beds

No tying to trees

Any damage to property or people is your responsibility as a vendor.

Should you need electricity: you must bring your own. Only battery power allowed.

Only solar powered or batter powered generators are allowed.
